Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Royal College of Newcastle (R.C.O.N) Clinic. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Policy

1.1. A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

1.2. The booking fee amount will be determined based on the type of treatment booked and communicated at the time of booking.

1.3. Your booking fee will be applied to the total cost of your treatment.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

2.2. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• More than 24 hours in advance: Your booking fee will be refunded or transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

• Less than 24 hours in advance or on the day of your appointment: Your booking fee will not be refunded or transferred.

  2.3. Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the loss of your booking fee. It will not be transferred to a new appointment or refunded.

  
  

3. Arrival Policy

3.1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your treatment.

3.2. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, and the full treatment fee will still apply.

3.3. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your spot may be allocated to another client, and your booking fee will not be refunded.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Booking Fees are non-refundable in cases of cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or on the day of the appointment.

4.2. Refunds for treatments or products will be considered only in cases of proven fault or error on our part.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments that may affect your procedure.

5.2. Adherence to pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions is mandatory for the best results.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

6.1. All personal and medical information shared with R.C.O.N Clinic will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and will not be shared without your consent.

7. Amendments to Terms

7.1. R.C.O.N Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or directly via email.
